California Dreamin'
We had a fabulous time in So. Cali.. The vacation was long overdue! Even though it was a little cold at the beach, we managed to have a good time.
Hiking out on a rocky pier... we got hit by a couple of big waves! It was fun, but a little scary with two adventurous boys and a crazy baby.
Zack LOVED the beach (as you can obviously see) this photo was taken about 5 minutes after we arrived. He went straight for the sand and I am sure he got his money's worth.
It's too bad we can't all look this good with our hair naturally blowing in the wind... yikes.
We found lots of crabs and starfish!

Very well-deserved vacation. You're almost (or are you?) done with law school - can you believe it?! Congrats, Aaron, and good luck on the bar exam!
Hooray for finishing law school! I'm glad you guys got a nice little break before tackling the bar exam. Aaron will do great and you guys will be off to Hawaii--without kids! Wasn't all that hard work worth it?
Ok Wow. I've been checking your blog every day since your Easter pics. It was high time you updated the ole blog. LOVE your pictures. Love the beach ones, the kissing one, the one of you pushing the double stroller and your waist is 5 1/2 inches around, "the animal" ones, the karlin ones, ok, they were all good.
I know I was a total blogging slacker, but not all of us are photographers, Val. Give the girl a break. The truth is, we had computer issues for a bit... and I can only edit my pictures on Aaron's laptop and since he was never home, I just couldn't get around to it. Now I can sleep at night!
WOW - loved the pics - you must have spent quite awhile putting all those up! It was interesting to note how much the cousins look like your kids, and it was fun to see all your adventures!
You have three boys. I have three boys. I love that. I think boys are just so much fun. You guys look so great. And yes you two are always so happy it seems. Where are you guys living and stuff. Kellie found my blog which I love so in turn have found a lot of old lost Ricks friends. We are in North Carolina and chris is doing residency in Opthomology.keep in touch.
How fun! I'm insanely jealous. We love California, and we LOVE the beach and the ocean. Great pics. Val was spot on. You really do look great Janet. And cheers on graduation!! Wahoo!
