not this cute anymore!
my dear friend Jane sent me home with a chunky guacamole recipe and ALL of the ingredients. Is she a keeper or WHAT?? Let me just say that it was beyond delicious! I will spread the love by posting the recipe, but you will all have to go and buy the ingredients yourself... (I am not as nice as Jane!)
1 large garlic clove
1 medium jalapeño (partly seeded and minced)
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 T finely chopped white onion
1/4 t black pepper
1 T fresh lemon or lime juice
2 large avocados
3 or 4 plum tomatoes, diced
Mix the avocados with all the spices, then add tomatoes!
My mouth is watering just thinking about how good it was!!
