Because it was Pioneer Day, we dressed in costumes.... the boys were soldiers. The girls were "pretty" pioneers. I just "loved" my silk dress.

Cindy wondering if her flip-flops go with the outfit. they do.

Oh man.. that comment still has me laughing ten minutes after i read it. How awesome would it be to dress up on our own and walk around all day with 20 layers on? it was like 110 degrees that day and we were miserable wearing them for 20 minutes. the cute old ladies at the fort were so funny though... they didn't want me to hold simon because he might stain their dress. i guess it took her like 200 hours to sew :)

When I looked at the first picture of the Natural History Museum, the lizard blended into the ladies shirt. I thought it was just a picture of Aaron checking out that ladies chest. Wow! I don't take my husband on outings like that! :)

I really DO love a man (and boys) in a uniform!
