Aaron and I are nursery leaders in our church, but you would NOT believe what we do each Sunday, until you see it for yourselves! Luckily, my brother Scott and his wife Amy were visiting this weekend and were able to take pictures (and help us out, of course.) We needed their helping hands because we had 17 crazy kids!!

Some people may feel like they are babysitting in nursery...but I really do love it. We get to take off our shoes, eat snacks and play with toys. I will take that over Sunday school any day. We love our kiddos too!

I feel so sorry for our nursery leaders. They just opened the 3rd nursery (after the ward split) and they each have about 20 kids in them. I hope they feel like you do and love their job. I hope they are as great as you two too! I would love Tess to be in your little group.
Totally empathy - I am over nursery as Primary Pres - and its the most dramatic place in the entire building! And I haven't even started talking about the kids - WOW! Our nursery's favorite part of the day is their singing time with the Primary Chorister. They hold up their little sticks everytime they say the word "prophet" - a TOTAL crack up.
HOLY COW...17?! That IS insanity...bless you and Aaron!!
Wow! I can't believe how many! You look so organized! What a lucky nursery class!
When my dad was released as bishop a few years ago that was secretly the caling he wished for...afterall, that's where it all starts!
Our younger nursery has 12 kids and I thought that was a lot!
Jennabee screams her head off the whole two hours if we just leave her in nursery, so I stick around and help out. I LOVE IT! Joe offered to stay with her last Sunday and I felt so guilty telling him that I'd rather stay in nursery with her than go to Sunday School...
They couldn't have called two better people for the job! You'd be in heaven with our little nursery of like 3 or 4 kids. Actually, could you please move here and take that over? They can't seem to get anyone to take the position. Isn't that sad? So send your resumes and I'll pass them on to the Bishop. I'm sure there will be relocation benefits offered - like, dinner at my house every Sunday. :) Max will be joining the nursery in just a month and a half! Is that enough incentive?
Hope your 19th birthday is everything you wish for it to be!!! Love you, lady!
Okay I bet your the best Nursery Leader ever. If only you were in our ward. Those kids don't know how great they have it!
I'm glad that you love nursery. I am in nursery in our ward too. I don't have the same passion for it that you do. I do love the kids. But I need a break from the little ones sometimes.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
I really want to just say thank you for serving in the nursery. I would love to have you as nursery leaders for my daughter because I know how great you would make it. It makes me smile to think of it. Carry on dear Janet. You go girl! PS. I love Francine and had no idea you two were born only days apart. Fun to read! Hope her day was grand
Happy Happy Happiest of Birthdays Janet
