not this cute anymore!we all cheered him on as he crawled up the stairs, emptied the tupperware drawer and laughed when he spit at the camera. After 20+ videos, I told the kids it was time for bed. As I tucked them in, Ben said, "I wish we had another baby now that Zack is big." I tried to fight back tears because that's my wish, too. (second to WORLD PEACE, of course.)
Then Ben asked Zack, "Don't you want to have a baby?"
Zack pulled a growl face and said, "NO! I am not a grill!"
Ben laughed and Luke clarified, "But don't you want Mom to have a baby?"
Zack sat there for a minute and then quietly said, "Um--- I just like dogs."
we may just have to settle for one. but you better believe it will be a GIRL!

My fingers are crossed! Baby or Dog..it will just make for more fun posts for me to read even though I agree with Ben and hope it's a baby someday soon :)
I am secretly grateful that Daddy is allergic to many furred things, including dogs. That way I can blame the no pets thing on him. We have a cool fishtank though, with turtles.
Clay approached the dog subject once again last night. The answer is no, always will be. But a baby...that I could do. No comparison.

My heart goes out to you. 2 years of miserable trying finally resulted in my baby Nathaniel. I'm afraid, to me, "trying" isn't nearly as fun as just say...practicing. Best wishes to you!
I am deftly trying to avoid the dog thing for as long as possible. I know my husband and kids will all rally against me someday, but until then I'm going to enjoy my pet-free life.
