I went to put a load of laundry in the washer and got scolded [by my boys] for turning on the lights. I found them in the hallway with all sorts of props...stools, pillows, lots of toys and a flashlight... They were making their own dinosaur movie. Of course, they didn't have anyone filming it, so I decided to grab the camera.
This is just one of their two minutes films... we made several (all starring different dinos.) They've spent the morning watching them over and over on the computer. If you're REALLY bored (or interested in their film making skilz) their stegosaurus clip is on our video blog. I definitely think they need some instruction from their uncle Brett on how to make a "cool" movie..

not this cute anymore!

that sounds like a lot of fun! I wish that my point and shoot camera worked, I would post videos too. Maybe someday I will get it to work again. Your boys are so imaginative, they must get it from their mother.
Your boys are so clever! If the paleontologist thing doesn't work out for them they should look into movies. :)
Okay, the blog book cost. I was going to e-mail you but couldn't find an address. Anyway, no, you're not being nosy! At 80 pages my book was $20 for paperback & $35 for hardcover, plus shipping. (Not sure what shipping would be for one - I ordered two hardcover because my parents wanted a copy also & shipping for both was $8.50.) I thought that was a great price & I'm totally happy with the end result. I'm not sure what I saved from 160 pages - I know they have a pricing guide somewhere on their website.
Let me know if you have any more questions. Sounds like you're well on your way to having your book done too!
