Boujour Danny Bonjour

All you Utahns out there, mark your calendars for the LDS film festival

When: Saturday, January 19th, 5 pm
Where: Scera Theatre in Orem (745 South State Street)
Cost: $6

Bonjour Danny Bonjour (directed by Aaron's talented and creative brother, Brett) will be returning to the state of it’s conception when it graces the screen at the 7th annual LDS FIlm Festival. Audience members will cast their votes in several audience choice categories, so come out and show some love! DVD’s will be on sale after the screening for a bargain $5. Plus, you’ll score a chance to meet the Actors, Crew, and Director to tell them how much you hate them and their silly little movie, but how it secretly showers you with radiant shades of blistering happiness in your simple, quiet moments.

If you don't have any plans on Saturday night, then head to the film festival. Bonjour Danny Bonjour is a hilarious 15 minute film about a young man with anger issues. His father left him, his mother is a tyrant, and he is no good at croquet. When he meets une belle French fille Marie, he discovers there may be more to the world then his own rage.

Wish we could be there to support you, Brett! Good luck!!

Hey Janet, it's Jessie (Wilde) Kilger... I stumbled on your blog on accident, and have enjoyed reading it ever since.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that my husband works for Excel Entertainment, who is sponsoring the festival this weekend. As part of his job, he watched all the shorts, and he wants you to know that this was his second favorite of them all... hopefully it will do well!
