not this cute anymore!
Ever since seeing this movie with Aaron, we've been a little obsessed with guitar music. Aaron is learning to play and I have been listening to it nonstop. I love the Dan in Real Life soundtrack.. and sometimes even listen to it to workout.. which is not usually my style.Is there anyone out there who doesn't like this movie?? From what I have read online, it has poor reviews, but I LOVED it. My favorite movies are the kind that me laugh, cry and be grateful for all my blessings. check, check, check.. And who doesn't love to see the softer side of Micheal Scott?
Anyway, this playlist below is my top 20 guitar faves. They are currently my 'most played' songs on my ipod. The Sondre Lerche songs are from the Dan in Real Life soundtrack, but my two favorite songs from the CD aren't on the list = Let My Love Open the Door and the "Ruthie Pig Face" song.. If you don't know what I am talking about, go and see the movie.
Any good movies out there playing right now? We've seen I am Legend and I've had nightmares ever since.. but it was good. We wanted to go and see Juno but I've heard from several people that it's dirty.. so, we're looking for another option. Any suggestions?

I hear that "P.S. I Love You" is fantastic!! I also heard that "27 Dresses" is pretty good- both girly movies, though!
I've been dying to see Dan in Real Life. So much that Matt thinks I will be disappointed because I've made such a big deal out of seeing it.
We did see Juno a few weeks ago. You will like it. It's mature and a sweet story. I wouldn't classify it as dirty - don't take your boys to it...i know they are mature for their ages...
oh yes, it is one of my favorite movies too. I LOVE the soundtrack also.
P.S. I Love you was great! I really enjoyed that one.
I loved "Dan In Real Life" I would say its one of my favorites now. It was such a cute movie.
"Dan" was by far my favorite movie of 2007. I can't wait to see it again. Thanks for putting the music on your blog...I love it!
Cute new February colors! I have not seen Dan In Real Life yet and it is driving me crazy. I can't wait to see it because I've ONLY heard good about it. I have no idea what is playing...sorry, I'm no help there!
I just have to comment on the pics because I am not a good critic of movies...but the pics, I LOVE that you are In LOVE. In fact I feel more in LOVE by seeing your LOVE. So thanks for posting you two stunners.
um, what happened yesterday?? or was that the game day disaster?? We should let the boys play games together, Jackson LOVES playing games, and could play all day, and we have the same problem with Max! As for good movies, 27 Dresses was great - chic flic for sure...and I loved Juno. I didn't think it as dirty either...Russ and I both couldn't stop laughing, does that say something about us? I hope not.
Juno: not too dirty. I think it's more of a real life lesson that they tried to keep PG-13. Still, I probably wouldn't feel comfortable watching it with anyone who isn't my husband.
