and she loved it--just as I predicted she would.
I chalked up another point for daughter in law of the year.. jk.
They were here.
We ate delicious coconut cream pie.
And then they left.
It wasn't long enough.

SERIOUSLY!! I CANNOT GET OVER THIS! My favorite is kissable and thirsty.. and who doesn't love a gay man? the happy kind of course!
I printed it for practically nothing.. I think it was $15 through an online sister company of Snapfish. I came in 3 days and it's great quality. It is a 20 X 30- so longer than a poster, but not as wide. and I randomly found the right size frame at Michael's and didn't have to custom frame it-- and that was a tender moment for me!
Sarah- I will totally help you do this, if you want. It's really not that hard. Why don't you take a several pictures of your kids.. I put the emotions on after I saw the pictures. I just used a white sheet for a backdrop.. and the shots are from my ghetto kodak cam. I am sure yours will be much better since you're a photographer at heart. Anyway, get back to me and we will work something out... could be your mother's day gifts..........

and just so you know, my entire office has now looked at this and they think it's incredible. especially that you did it yourself. and of course, gay is hilarious.

I knew that gay would be the favorite. Aaron always steals the show! but in reality... he was not working with me and did NOT want to take any pictures. I was able to get two, one of which was not usable. so this seemed to fit... and of course, his mom loved it.
and as far as getting my kids to pose, it didn't really take me that long. I had treats for them if they would give me 10 minutes of picture taking and after their turn, they got the treat. Zack automatically followed suit after Ben and Luke went.. and that was that. getting Aaron's pic (and making him take ONE of me was the HARD part.)
Do your husbands hate to take pictures like mine does? It is like pulling teeth at our house. anyway, that topic is for another day.
you are totally hilarious! Even in a project like this, your personality totally comes out. I mean, CONSTIPATED! that is such a perfect face! and of course gay is hilarious.

This turned out so great! I love it. And yeah--the "gay" is a classic. "I'm feeling so gay today!"
