using the scanner..

as I was going through Luke's homework this afternoon, a love note fell out of the pages. I let him know that brown-nosing is not allowed in this house. It won't get him a better grade. I'm no softy--

As I was scanning it in (before I threw it away) I decided to do the pile of homemade notes sitting by my computer just waiting to be documented... several of these are from months ago.

this is something Ben made while sitting in church. I love that he thinks he's "intellagenent". And I just can't resist those mom-lovers!

Ben made Simon's first Christmas Ornament. I can't wait to hang it on the tree next year! We will never forget that Simon was born with hair on his cheeks... or that he was realy, realy cute.

apparently, someone thought they might forget the lyrics to a few Christmas carols. and I am sure you can't read it, but when the echo sings in Rudolf, Ben wrote the words in parenthesis. (like a light bulb!)

Something Luke made for Simon just days after he was born. I love that he thinks he's Simon's tutor. And oh how I love his phonetic spelling.. ovle, tryingle, cresint, recktangle.

I'm glad I'm not the ONLY character they draw lop-sided boobs on..
