Today Zack's birthday countdown chain read:
I know I shouldn't encourage such behavior in my home, but when thinking about activities that ZACK would want to do, I knew this would be at the top of the list. (believe me, I know my child!) He was so excited to strip down, that his clothes were off before I could say Calvin Klein. He asked if he could keep his socks on and I said, "Of course you can. It's your birthday week." And so he jumped and squealed and I took a few pictures. (this top pose looks like he has only one midget sized arm!)

Apparently it looked like so much fun that 30 seconds into it, his older brothers were on the trampoline too. In their underwear and socks, no less.

The boys reviewed the pictures and gave me permission to post them.. although they don't really understand what that actually means. they think this blog is for their grandparents (and it is). While deciding which pictures to post, we laughed our guts out at two particular shots, where the gravity took a hold of Zack's face. Who knew jumping on the trampoline could age you 50 years?? Maybe you won't think they are as funny as we did, but I will share anyway.only three days until his big day!

not this cute anymore!

Hey, Zack-Happy Birthday Week. Your B-day chain sounds so fun. You do look pretty excited to be jumping! You need to eat a big lunch today, 'cause I can see your ribs you skinny boy. It snowed here last night so the pictures look especially fun! Hope your birthday is super-dooper!! Love, Grandma
some of his ribs? try ALL of them. I don't know what to do with my skinny boys (Aaron included). So happy to have a FAT baby!
LOL, Zack is awesome! And hilariously skinny!
Janet - I haven't had a chance to check your blog in a while. Living in a house with 2 computer nerds (husband and 3-year-old) doesn't afford me much time on the interwebs. I just have to say, I think your family is awesome and you are the best, most creative, and funnest mom I know. I'm aspiring to be like you! I wish I lived closer so I could pick your brain about motherhood, home-schooling, raising boys, etc. over lunch. I'm sure it's all here in your blog though, so until then, I'll try to keep up! Thanks for the inspiration.
