This first video was taken with my broken camera (It works, but you can't see what you're recording.) If you listen closely you can hear me compliment Autumn on her husband's awesome nose. Oh geez. I am such a dork.
These videos were taken on my groovy new cell. Watching Ben play Face the Cookie seriously makes me almost pee my pants. He has "style" and thinks that licking like a dog will get his cookie to his mouth faster. Sad thing is, it actually works. (More videos are at the bottom of the post.)
I could type out all of the games and let you know what you need for each one, but it can all be found HERE. It's silly to think my kids and I did did hours of research on youtube before looking up the games directly on NBC. ah well.
This is what we played tonight:
Bobble Head: A pedometer is attached to the head and contestant must move their head to rack up a total 125 "steps" to complete the game.
Face the Cookie: Contestants, using only their faces, must move three Oreo cookies individually from their forehead to their mouth.
Junk In the Trunk: Wiggle a box filled with ping pong balls and attached to your waist until the box is empty.
Nose Dive:Contestant must transfer five cotton balls, one at a time, from one serving bowl to another 12' away using only the nose. Vaseline on the tip of the contestant's nose is used as a transfer agent.
The Nutstacker: Contestant must create one stack of large metal nuts by sliding them off a chopstick without touching them with their hands.
Hanky Panky: Using only one hand, contestant must pull tissues out of a tissue box one at a time until box is empty.
Tipsy: Contestant must balance three 12-ounce cans on their beveled lower edges. It is impossible to balance a full can like this, therefore the contestant must first drink from the can. The contestant must balance a total of three cans to successfully complete the challenge.
Johnny Applestack: Contestant must stack five apples one on top of the other. Once completed, the structure must remain freestanding for three seconds.
Wet Ball: Using a spray bottle, squirt water at a balloon moving it upwards through the air and into a trash can.
Noodling Around: Pick up six penne noodles placed around the perimeter of a table using only a piece of uncooked spaghetti in your mouth.
Rapid Fire: Contestant using only their hands must shoot rubber bands and knock a pyramid of six soda cans completely off a platform eight feet away.
Spoon Frog: Contestant has to bang down on a spoon to propel another spoon into a glass three times.
Egg Roll: Contestant must move eggs across the floor and into a target area only by "fanning" the eggs with an empty pizza box.
We had the items for Keep it Up, Sticky Situation, This Blows and Worm Diving... but we didn't get around to them. Next time we will definitely be more organized. The kids favorites were Face the Cookie, KaBroom, Bobble Head and Hanky Panky. I highly recommend trying all of these at home!

not this cute anymore!
